In any organization whether it is big or small, profitable or non profitable human resources are every time required as any organization would definitely require employees on short term as well as on long term basis. At any point someone gets transferred, demoted, promoted, retrenched or any possible outcome. So in a particular department vacancy arises and this is a continuous process till the organization’s life. All the process of recruitment and selection are long term process. In the mean time the position which is vacant cannot be kept vacant for a long time as the work will not be done due to the work will remain incomplete and that might make the work slower or it might create loss for the organization so for temporary it is preferable to appoint a candidate on contractual basis so that temporary staffing requirement gets fulfilled and work is carried on properly.
