In any organization whether it is big or small, profitable or non profitable human resources are every time required as any organization would definitely require employees on short term as well as on long term basis. At any point someone gets transferred, demoted, promoted, retrenched or any possible outcome. So in a particular department vacancy arises and this is a continuous process till the organization’s life. All the process of recruitment and selection are long term process.
