Best brain teasers have always entertained us for years. There is always inquisitiveness, an eager to search for the ultimate destination, a thousand ways and means of reaching to the solution and looking at the person who solves the puzzle well before us! Just as we do physical exercise to keep our body fit, the riddles and puzzles helps us to keep the mind healthy. They are the means of our mental exercise, to keep us alert, awake and aware of the various combination of the solution, similar to reaching true solutions of our multiple problems in our daily life. They help us to improve our memory, sharpen our brain and reduce the chances of our developing diseases like Alzheimer's disease, dementia etc.
