The HP laptop battery and model number are printed on the battery. The batteries in this extended call have barcodes starting with 6BZLU, 6CGFK, 6CGFQ, 6CZMB, 6DEMA, 6DEMH, 6DGAL and 6EBVA.

HP recommends that users refer to the company for removal and replacement of their spare laptop batteries. In the meantime, consumers can connect their devices directly to the AC power while a HP battery replacement is in progress.
