Bitumen tanks- Bitumen is pumped into the tanks through pipes. The tanks contain independent on/off type burners.
Multi cyclone exhaust- This system of multiple fans collects the dust.
Load out conveyor- This conveyor collects the aggregate form the drum for feeding them into tippers. The delivery end consists of a hydraulic hopper.
Mineral fillers- Mineral fillers are used to fill measured quantity of minerals into the drums.
Control cabin- The control cabin consists of a control panel for controlling the quantity and quality of production. All the parts of the machine are in sync with automatic and manual control. Every step can be controlled and manipulated from the control cabin.
LDO tank- Each plant consists of one LDO tank with a capacity of 2500-5000 liters.
