All connoisseurs are of the opinion that medium rare is the best cooking form to relish steak. Some would even prefer rare steak. Steaks are cooked:

medium well
well done

They say that the medium well tastes the best. So why the medium rare is considered the best? Many of you think that the medium rare is heavenly. Why? The simple cooking way makes it all the more luscious. Food experts are of the opinion that the more you cook the steak, the harder it becomes.
The steak doesn’t lose on its juices and texture. Medium rare are indeed the ones that give you maximum tenderness and also the lushness.

When you cut it soft and luscious and warm, you get the actual taste.

Rare Steak

The pure rare steak leaves a red middle. The doneness of the steak determines its taste. Unlike the medium rare, the pure rare stays considerably cool right in the middle of it. Basically there is one thing to talk about the rare steak. It stays red in the center. The medium rare on the other hand stays warm and pink in the middle. If you are thinking of gulping down a meaty flavor, just ask for the medium rare steak that gives you the actual flavor of the food.

However some have a different opinion on such doneness of steak. They say the rare would not seem too flavorful, especially when you find the fat not melting into your mouth.

However the true food lover would only say that the rare steak imparts a huge amount of flavor. It’s the marbling of the meat determining its quality. More of marbling would only indicate that it is of good quality.

Rare or medium, steaks cooked in these two forms will bring a happy smile on your face. It’s thick, juicy and tasty. What else would you want to enjoy?
