However, the fact is that compare to the period when China just joined in WTO people have a panic outlook on the issue of losing talented people, nowadays most people have accustomed to the fact that large amount of students study abroad.

In the present case, many people want to go abroad for a better life; I think they are beyond reproach. Everyone has the right to come their dream true, to select a better studying and working opportunity, to enhance themselves, to pursue a more comfortable life. On the other hand, going abroad can decrease the internal press of working and life.

Everyone has his chance to pursue a better working opportunity and a more comfortable lifestyle. It's surely that some foreign countries has more promising prospect, but every Chinese people is patriotic deeply in their mind. Therefore, if our government ...

Now the abroad condition is better than the Chinese. But with the development of our country, I believe more and more talented people will come to our country, no matter where they come from. But the number of the Chinese talented people is losing; it will not profit our country's development. So our country should make new policy to reserve talented people to help our society's development.

It is affected by society concept. The person who studied at oversea certainly lives better than you. He gets more salary and promotion even more confident. Most people will consider him as real talented man. And it indicate intelligent than anyone else, So many student follow suit in order to gain higher society status and life level.

Since our Reform and Opening-up, we've made a big step. Believe in yourselves, believe our country. With our power, China will be glorious and strong again.
