Method For Pest Controlling
If we define pest, it is any kind of animal or plant which has a harmful effects on humans. Here, a list of few common pests which affect your life 1) Caterpillars damage your Vegetables and Rats damage your storage food. 2) Mice and Rat carve your clothes. 3) Termite damage your building and wooden things. 4) Mosquitos can bring various types of fever in your home. 5) Ants, cockroaches, lizards etc. can spoil your food and if you eat such food even by mistake can lead food poisoning and other problems.
There are many ways to remove pests around you. First identify pest, some pest controllers identify pest based on photographs. Professional pest controllers visit your pest affected area to analyze about pest before starting control treatment.
1. Chemical Pest Control Method
In Chemical Pest Control method, they use some toxic chemicals/material. It is applied to the pest affected area through the spray. This type of chemicals have impact on the Environment and human life. Only professional pest controllers can properly apply this method. 2. Physical Pest Control Method
Physical Pest Control Method is used to remove small rodents and insects by using mechanical tools, equipment and machinery. For Ex. Rat Traps are used to capture pest like rats and mice from your house. Physical Pest Control Method is mainly used in home on large scale. This method is not much popular because it is time consuming.
3. Biological Pest Control Method
This biological pest control method is capable of eliminating pests without causing any serious harm to the environment because it’s chemical-free and highly effective. This method is being used for controlling pests such as insects, mites, weeds and plant diseases. This method is used for both Home and Agricultural pest control. If you want to remove pests from your house for a longer period of time then you have to take help of professional pest controller because they make a schedule and apply this method 2-3 times within 6 months or a year for pest controlling. They can easily manage Termite, wooden borers, cockroach and many other pest. Biological Pest Control has different methods in Agriculture.
There are three strategies of Biological Pest Control
•Importation
A natural enemy of a pest is introduced in the hope of achieving control.
•Augmentation
Augmentation is a method of increasing the population of a natural enemy that attacks pests
•Conservation
In this strategy to identifying any factors that limit the effectiveness of natural enemy and changing them to help the beneficial species.
