Owning all these fresh ingredients on-site is so important to our chefs. All of the vegetables practiced in our kitchen come straight from the Dyo organic grounds. When they decide a dish needs some fresh cilantro, sweet peppers, or pumpkin, they just protrude outside to our own mini-farm and pick the excellent produce straight from the ground.
