Having low fat dairy:



Dairy products like milk, yoghurt are a very good source of calcium. Daily consumption of these food items can be pretty good. But choosing the low-fat or non-fat dairy products would be wiser.



Having plenty of water:



Water is very much effective to keep a person healthy and fit. Therefore it is pretty important to drink plenty of water in a day. One should drink as much as possible to live an energetic life.
