We all have experienced palpitations before an important
job interview, public speaking, family or financial
problems, or feel nervous about meeting a date for the

I am a past depression and panic attack sufferer. I can
tell you, I stopped taking those drugs immediately. I
was also worried about becoming dependent on them, and
they only masked and eased my symptoms temporarily. I
tried counseling and therapy too and they didn't
help,just masked the symptoms again, but it did lighten
my wallet considerably.
Cognitive-behavioral therapy and exposure are two
effective classified anxiety and panic attack and
depression treatment techniques. The two techniques are
actually behavioral therapy, and focus on changing
behavior that you had in the past.
Cognitive-behavioral therapy focuses on your thoughts
and behavior modification.Cognitive-behavioral therapy
helped me to identify and keep irrational beliefs and
negative patterns of thinking under control.
Graded exposure therapy - This technique has helped me
to face my fears in a safe and controlled place (from my
home). In the times when I felt fear, I was able to have
a better sense of control over the fears. The farther I
got into my treatment my anxiety and panic attacks,
gradually disappeared forever leaving in a far better
mindset and the permanent tools to never experience
attacks again.
I firmly believe that these techniques are the 2 of the
best ways to help cure anxiety attacks, panic attacks, and depression. The
medical world is in agreement that these 2 methoda are
excellent for the long term cure of anxiety, panic, and
depression. It is also a medically proven fact that the
Underlying cause of Panic Attacks, Anxiety attacks and
depression, as well as many other phobias and mental
disorders is centered in a tiny little organ in your
brain called the Amygdala. This is the root cause of all
panic attacks and symptoms of anxiety and depression
which can cause long term health issues if left
untreated. It "stores" up all the feelings and symptoms
of panic, anxiety and depression, and then, "overflows"
causing an attack. This overflow point is different in
each individual. All of the anxiety and panic drugs in
the world will not cure this organ. They help ease and
