3 Ways To Stay Motivated To Live Your Life
Let's face it, without motivation you will be where you are now, stuck with no way out.
If you are worried, anxious or troubled about your current state of affairs and your forthcoming future, here are some thoughts you should consider.
Life is a journey, an excursion and not simply a destination. Do you believe you can remain motivated on your journey to success and fulfilment despite all the challenges that life may throw on you, the obstacles that you will face along the way?
If you answered no, you cannot see yourself maintaining that motivation to continue on the road to success, you should question your goal first, as in do you really want it. If you find out that you do want that goal but cannot stay motivated enough to achieve it, you ought to look within yourself.
Why aren't you motivated enough? If you have some motivation, do you believe you have the necessary amount of drive, of motivation that will fuel you to remain on that lengthy journey to achieving your goal?
Or how about this question: Do you believe you deserve to be successful?

... often said that all meaningful change in life begins from within. Let me ask you: How come you don't have what you want?
When you consider your answers, consider this too: How much thought have you given to why you believe you don't have what you want?
If you haven't considered your beliefs, think again, for it's your beliefs that strangle your progress by keeping you where you are.
You take action to move ahead, yet your limiting beliefs bring you back. You act forward and believe backward.
I compare it to a rubber band. You stretch it by taking action, yet the rubber band brings you back to your starting point; back to your negative programming.
For you to get out of that catch 22 situation, it is imperative that you identify those limiting beliefs and eliminate them.
Below are 3 ways to remain motivated to live your life to the fullest:
1. Mind your reactions. How many times has something good come into your life and you react by saying: "I can't believe it!" STOP THAT! Instead be grateful and say: "I appreciate all that I have."
2. Mind what you do. Who do you hang around with? What TV programmes and films do you watch? Be careful. You might be injecting even more negative beliefs. Invest more in inspirational audio programmes and read more uplifting books. Flood your mind with positive thoughts.
3. Mind your language. Make it a daily routine to repeat a handful of positive affirmations, such as: "I choose to feel good about all that I have; I can feel safe becoming successful; I'm releasing my need to sabotage myself."
I'll leave you with these last words from Jim Rohn (weeds are limiting beliefs): "You cannot take the mild approach to the weeds in your mental garden. You have got to hate weeds enough to kill them. Weeds are not something you handle; weeds are something you devastate."
