Leave the chocolate moulds filled with melted chocolate for cooling in the refrigerator. Once, the chocolates are fully cured, they will easily fall off from the chocolate moulds. Otherwise, you can turn the chocolate mould upside down and press or tap lightly, the cured chocolates will come out of the moulds!
