We have a broad selection of cremation caskets and rental caskets in which to place your loved one and we help you choose something that fits your tastes and financial constraints. We also assist you with making the arrangements for funeral flowers to be present at the services. We can arrange to have a clergy member serve as the officiate of the funeral and have live music performed at the service.

Some prefer to have the flexibility of being able to schedule the commemoration of their departed at a time more convenient than immediately after the death occurs. For those wanting this option, we also organize memorial gatherings to take place at any time following the passing and cremation of your loved one. We can set up the memorial at our lovely funeral home, the crematorium chapel, your place of residence, a site of religious worship, a favorite eatery or any other environment that you choose. Often at a memorial ceremony, the family chooses to have the urn present as a focal point along with a recent photograph of the decedent and perhaps floral accompaniment. Many other funeral companies will attempt to persuade you into purchasing one of their urns or else they will return your loved one’s creaminess in an inexpensive plastic temporary container. All of our packages include a Vernon solid pine urn or a strong polymer urn that can be individualized with 4 precious pictures that reflect your loved one’s spirit. We also offer the service of adding an engraved nameplate and/or military symbol that will further distinguish your deceased for a nominal charge. If you desire, you may select from one of our other urns, including many Granville Urns, which are handcrafted in Italy.

In addition to our cremation packages that feature a ceremony or service, we also arrange for direct cremations. Dan Simone received the Certified Crematory Operator (CCO) status in 2014 from the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) and this assures you that he will conduct the cremation in an expert manner. Our direct cremation package does not include any ceremony. Your loved one will be transported directly to the crematorium from the place of passing and cremated in a basic cremation container. His or her creaminess will be given to you in a free urn that is fit for display in your home, scattering, burial or interment in a columbarium niche or mausoleum.

We take care of all of the paperwork needed to process your loved one’s death and cremation, including obtaining the cremation permit from the State of New Jersey and filing the death certificate. For a fee of $10 each, you may obtain as many official copies of the death certificate as needed through our firm for use in resolving matters of the deceased’s estate.
