When I look back to my school days I enjoy the punishments and scolding of teachers for not doing homework. Yes, I wasn't a good student at that time and my school friends get surprised when they know that now I'm a teacher - a successful teacher. So, how my life took the U-turn? Well, all thanks goes to one of my private tutor who trained me to love the subjects. Yes, now I know, if you don't love your subject, you can't digest the lessons - in the ultimate case you can just memorize them just like a recorder. Actually, imparting proper tuition is an art. Unlike the school teachers you have to be enough careful about the student's absorbing capacity. I know teachers who spend a good amount of the tuition time in cracking jokes and discussing the student's day in school. While parents mostly don't like it on the earlier days, they become silent when the evidence the improvement. Actually this is a way to let the student know that the person sitting in front of him isn't an elegant teacher; rather he is a good friend of him who can take care of all the issues of the child and help them every way.
