Having been raised in America may have made you an ardent steak lover which has only pushed you to make it your staple food. Now that you must be living in the mainland of England, a craving for steak may be disturbing you all the while. You think that this place is not good enough to offer you the rich American flavor that is typically synonymous to the steak offered here? Think again because this place will also find you one of those food corners on American streets that would attract you earlier. If you are a connoisseur and you can't simply give up on American food especially steak, you can simply dig into the matter and get ideas on the same.

Despite having the T bone and Porterhouse for long you could not differentiate between the two. No that doesn't make you any less of a gourmand. According to the big chefs though these pieces of meat may look identical comprising parts of the sirloin and the filet mignon, you will generally come in terms with more of bone portions with the T bone.

If you were into thinking that filet mignon need to be aged in order to lend maximum taste ...
... then you should take a look because this portion of meat is lean by nature. Hence there remains no fat that needs to be broken down.

Why do you think the rump is the most flavorful of all? This is basically the tougher portion which is essentially tastier than the filet mignon.

If you are grilling the piece of meat and you think over seasoning will worsen its taste then you must hear it from the expert. Sometimes heavy seasoning can actually enhance the taste and the fire work will is going to make it even tastier than ever.

Are you thinking of laying your hands on steaks? You may like this piece of advice then. You will require salting the meat around an hour before you sear it on the oven. Salting helps the meat to get a crust and a charred flavor sealing in all the juice and flavor.

When you are preheating the pan just give it enough time to get the fire on.

If the steak is thick make sure to ignite a lower flame on the other hand if it is thinner get the heat to work high.

Okay now if it seems that cooking is not your cup of tea then you can look up for steak restaurants near London.
