Research demonstrates that being in a more relaxed state can stimulate creativity and the flow of new ideas. Did you ever get a brilliant idea while in the shower, walking or playing with your kids? Maybe you don't need a physical playroom – you can hold fun activities that not only build your company's community, but stimulate creativity. It also gives the message to your team that you value them.

Support Your Team:

Valuing the members of your team is essential to promote loyalty, engagement, less absenteeism, motivation and creativity. Let the members know that they're important and make a difference to the company or organization. Reward creativity while encouraging teamwork. Get to know your staff and find out about their special talents, even if it's not directly related to their assigned job. They may surprise you and be able to contribute more than the usual if you create an environment for that to happen.
