Herbs That Help Ease The Symptoms Of Panic Attacks!

So what are some home options when are starting to get that Panic attack feeling? They are everywhere - and it is high time that we are taking advantage of them. They are herbs that will help ease it. They are far cheaper and much better for you than medications. Just remember, they are not a cure or a final solution at all. here are some:

1. California Poppy - is a strong sedative herbal - you should take ½ teaspoon 3-4 times a day, unless otherwise indicated.

2. Feverfew - Helps relieve headaches and also helps ease anxiety headaches - all you have to do is put an ounce of grass in boiling water - then cool before drinking the grass.

3. Ginseng - Ginseng is simply a great solution, where you can take with royal jelly - which will boost your energy and increase the confidence. This is a great help to easing the effects of anxiety and panic attack symptoms.

4. St. John's wort - This may help, but not proven, to greatly reduce the feelings of anxiety and panic.

4. Passion Flower - Do you have ...
... big problems with sleep? You can use half a teaspoon and put the cup in boiling water and drink every 3-4 hours or 6-7 times a day to help you sleep and eliminate stress.

There are countless herbs that have already been discovered, that can help with panic attack treament - If you prefer to go this route instead of costly and harmful medications, then I suggest you go to a very good herb store and pick these items up to have available. Lavender and Lemon Balm are alo supposed to help. A nice hot cup of herbal tea can help also.

Just remember, the Underlying cause of Panic and Anxiety attacks is medically proven to be centered in a tiny little organ in your brain called the Amygdala. This is the root cause of all panic attacks and symptoms which can cause long term health issues if left untreated.

There are a few good programs that can be purchased online that are very effective in training you how to overcome the symptoms that are caused by that little devil. I suffered for years and tried all the expensive medical ways to cure my panic attacks, to no avail. They just masked the symptoms. then I found The Linden Method online and within a few weeks, I was cured forever. I now know how to deal with it all and you can too. I put up a small webpage with more info below:
