Process And Advantage Of Outsourcing For Your Business

Whether you like it or not almost all of the companies today gets skilled, non-skilled professionals and laborers through outsourcing. If you are an applicant and you are looking for a job online, you will just notice that most of the companies hiring were using outsourcing or consultancy firm. One of the good reason why they outsource? It is because it will save them from any expenses except for the fee that they will pay to outsourcing company. Particularly in the United Arab Emirates regardless in which emirate you are applying and looking for a job, you can find companies which outsource manpower. How does outsourcing work and why most of the companies choose this? Here is a example scenario and let us say that our setting is in Dubai, UAE.
1. A newly opened restaurant is looking for a 3 cooks, 4 waiters and 2 cashiers. A restaurant owner is thinking on how can he start hiring without spending so much money. He/she then will look for consultancy/outsourcing firm.
2. The restaurant owner already found a outsourcing company. He/she now coordinated with the HR and after they talked, they will be having a contract ...
... signing. Client (restaurant) will now submit the qualifications that he/she needs for operations.
3. The outsourcing company will now look for candidates for the restaurant. They will keep looking candidates as long as they fill the vacant positions or depending on the client (restaurant) time frame.
4. After few weeks, the outsourcing company found potential candidates to fill all vacancies, this is now where it will start.
5. Employment visa cost, processing and the salary of staffs hired will be shouldered by the outsourcing company. In short, the main sponsor of visa of these newly hired workers is under the outsourcing company.
6. The restaurant owner will pay the outsourcing company on monthly basis or depending on their agreement. How much it will cost for the client?
The amount to be paid by client to outsourcing company:
Waiter's salary is = AED 2,200
Cook's salary = AED 4,500
Cashier's salary = AED 2,500
The amount to be paid by outsourcing company's to employees:
Waiter's salary is = AED 1,800
Cook's salary = AED 3,500
Cashier's salary = AED 2,000
In this case, it would be more comfortable to the client because they will not have a hard time looking for candidates and less hassle for them for visa cost and processing.
For the job seekers, this is a great opportunity and outsourcing companies often have mass hiring for clients so your chance of getting hired is big. Most of outsourcing companies in Dubai, have different clients in most industries such as IT, construction, and many others.
