Diet plays an indispensable role in a healthy growth of your hair. If you develop poor eating habits then it is more likely that your skin and hair will suffer. If you have unhealthy life styles then you are bound to welcome problems for yourself. Malnutrition will not only show up on your face and body but it will affect your mane too. Emotional stress is as devastating to your hair, as it is to your heart. Keep your mind and emotions in check. For more help regarding hair fall, it is wise to talk to a physician-friend who can help you understand your problem.

A well balanced diet for your mane is the one which offers you the essential nutrients, minerals and anti-oxidants above all. Anti-oxidants are very essential for a fuller growth of your mane. A good portion of fruits and vegetables is important. In addition to this, clean drinking water of 2 litres daily will help you keep your follicles well moisturised. Fish makes your mane shiny and adds lustre to your shafts. If you don't like fish, you can try eating eggs, lean meat, whole grains and low fat dairy products. You can find these essential fatty acids in oily ...

Iron, zinc and copper are known to provide the needed nutrients for your hair follicles, which could result in stronger hair growth. Green leafy vegetables such as spinach help you as they are rich in anti oxidants.

Do not brush your mane with quick strokes. If you brush them rigorously then you may cause damage to your roots. If you think they are frizzy, you must make use of leave in conditioners or use rinse away conditioners suitable for your hair type. You can eat a lot of vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin c, vitamin e, beta carotene and anti oxidants. Do not avoid water, it helps you hydrate your follicles. If you have dry mane you must drink a lot of water as they need to be well hydrated.

If you have dandruff or dry scalp, treat them at the right time. You must attend to your problems at the right time. In addition to eating healthy, you must also make use of the right shampoo and conditioner. Do not use shampoos with strong chemicals in them.
