Naka Iron Vital F

Iron deficiency is a common health ailment that occurs as a result of poor diet, pregnancy or possibly, believe it or not, a vegetarian lifestyle. It is characterized by fatigue; weakness; brittle nails; dull pale skin; breathing difficulty; dizziness; the urge to eat non-food items like dirt or clay; a tingling or crawling sensation in the legs; swollen tongue; hands and feet that are always cold; fast or irregular heartbeat and headaches. In traditional societies and sometimes in the modern world you can see these mostly in pregnant women. This is sometimes referred to as a craving but is really an iron deficiency that magnifies itself during times such as pregnancy. If you have been a victim of this or happen to know someone who has been we have an easy and efficient solution for you.
