Many people are over burdened with the problem of excess abdominal fat? There are two types of fat that you have in your abdominal area. The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles.

The second type of fat that you have in your abdominal area is called visceral fat, and that lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounding your organs. Visceral fat also plays a role in giving certain men that "beer belly" appearance where their abdomen protrudes excessively but at the same time, also feels sort of hard if you push on it.

What most people don't realize is that excess abdominal fat is not only ugly but also a danger to there health. You bend and turn, twist and burn all in effort to loose that belly but your pooch persist. What do you do?
There has been a lot of misunderstanding about the subject of good and bad carbohydrates I will try to clear up some of the confusion which has many people confused as how to reduce unwanted body fats especially the awful abdominal fats.

People ...
... struggle to lose weight because they consume too much clear refined carbohydrates (flour based products) such as pasta, bagels, breads, cereals, rice, muffins, sodas, juices, candies, crackers, etc. constant eating of processed carbohydrates make it very hard to lose fats and keep it off.

Refined carbohydrates induces blood sugar swings and insulin surges, this increases your appetite and encourage the body to gain fat.

"All things being equal, if your daily caloric intake is set at 1,400 calories, a diet of nutrient-rich foods which will give you more energy, this will help you on your road to a healthier body.

Many overweight people face the issue of High Blood pressure and High Cholesterol some do not take it as serious as they should. You may have High Blood pressure and High Cholesterol and not even know it!

Some carbohydrate foods have no significant nutrient density and are just excess calories, and daily consumption of excess processed none essential
carbohydrates prevents the insulin from doing its job, the body build up insulin resistance resulting in type 2 diabetes in many people.

Putting it bluntly, most of us would benefit by following these recommendations. They are basic, good health tips that will guide you to eating more whole nutrient dense foods
.
1. Start reducing your belly fats by eating grass - fed beef instead of corn - fed beef. The fact is grass - fed beef is leaner and contain fewer hormones and antibiotics, also eat quinoa instead of pasta. This Incan seed Quinoa has more Fibers than Pasta and it is also rich in iron and protein. The importance of fibers it goes beyond regulating digestion it reduces the risk of hearth disease and diabetes. Have lots of raw - grass fed dairy products, assorted vegetables, eliminate the processed flour base products from your diet.

2. If you are going to have grains try to focus on the most nutrient dense and fibrous portions of the grain this means using oat bran instead of oat meal, add rice bran and wheat germ to your yogurt, soups, salad, cottage cheese etc. This way you gain all of the most nutrient dense parts of the grains without all of the excess starches and calories.

3. Proteins and Healthy Fat go a long way in controlling you weight, blood sugar, and hormone levels while satisfying your appetite.
4.Fill the void of over processed carbohydrates with additional healthy fats namely nut, seeds, avocados, as well as healthy proteins, free-range organic eggs, grass-fed raw dairy and grass fed meats.

Here is one of my favorite high fiber carbohydrate side dish which contains high density antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fibers.. it is sweet potatoes and yam, slice thinly and instead of baking them for an hour Sautee them in a few tablespoons of water for about five minutes then finish with some cinnamon and a touch of grass-fed organic butter. I hope you will try and enjoy healthy and delicious side dish filled with good carbohydrates.
