Taking an Indian yoga course means two things (or maybe more). But the two obvious or not-so-obvious reasons for taking that course are either to; experience the beauty and depth of yoga or develop a yoga career path. Nevertheless, it doesn’t really matter. If you desire yoga and have an interest in it, just do it.
Before you get all excited about taking a yoga class, here is a quick roadmap to help you get started.

1.Yoga training is not very cheap
If you want to be a certified yoga instructor, you must dig deep into your pockets. In India, a yoga Alliance-accredited 200 hour teaching training course ranges from $1500- $3000. Before you sign up for anything, do as much research as possible.

2.Choose a yoga style that best suits your personality
Every yoga training institution emphasizes in certain yoga styles. If you are not sure which yoga styles work for you, just ask around—preferably a yoga teacher. Once you have all the answers, get a training practice budget and time that works for you.

Yoga instructors are paid something like $15-$75 per hour depending on the location and level of experience. Since, you are just starting; you'll barely get enough to live by. Build your foundation as a yoga instructor, and then quit your day job.

5.Yoga Journey; Yes, it’s not easy, but it’s worth it
Taking a yoga course, especially in India, where the practice has roots is worth every penny. It not only deepens your practice but also makes you see yoga from a different perspective.
