Though this process needs more efforts and is thoroughly time consuming, it gives a personalized touch and an added hygiene level to all the breads produced in this way.

Bap breads are a type of bread rolls which are large, soft and contain butter. Baguette bread is a long thin loaf of bread. They are loafs which have a partial free form in the form of a series of folding and rolling motions.

The artisan bakers make it a point to daily make fresh artisan breads before and sell it fresh to their customers. These artisan breads are now creating a new hype in the market.
