There's a new resource for authentic living. "Life, Happiness, & Inspiration" is a blog dedicated to sharing a combination of uplifting news, inspirational messages, motivational tips, and ideas for living a more mindful life. The blog is authored by San Diego-based Relationship & Personal Coach, Kari Shea.

Originally conceptualized as a place for Kari to write about her personal experiences, insights, and thoughts, the idea for the blog soon metamorphosed into a resource for motivation and positivity. "Everyone, EVERYONE is capable of finding unique joy within his or her everyday existence." She emphasizes in her writing, "This blog isn't about naivety: Bad things happen. As do tragedies which are outside our realm of control. What we do have control over is how we respond to these events. The stories and insights on this blog are meant to inspire readers to take whatever negativity or maybe a challenge they're grappling with and transform it."

When asked what prompted her to start the blog, Kari explained that the inspiration stemmed from a combination of her experience in providing insight and guidance ...
... to couples and singles, her own challenges, and stories and musings shared by friends and loved ones. "I want to provide people with a sense of support." She explained, "So many of us face challenges every day that it's very easy to feel hopeless and alone. I want people to know that there's a place that they can go and someone that they can talk to, regardless of wherever they may be. It would mean so much to me to be able to brighten someone's day."
