For some it means, eating less. The latter half who are under the assumption that eating less will give them a great figure are about to commit a blunder in their life. If you are eating less, you are depriving your body of the vital nutrients essential for a healthy living.

You must eat right while following a healthy diet. This is precisely what it means by this term. This way you must eat healthy and look best. You can eat food that provides you the essential zinc, minerals, proteins, vitamins and calcium required by your body. Look at what you should include in your platter on a regular basis, also consider what you must avoid.
