Almost every individual suffers from this common skin ailment called acne or Acne Vulgaris. - Wash your face everyday with gentle antibacterial soap and hygienic water. Rub your face lightly with your smooth finger tips and then wash your face with fresh water to wash out the foamy lather. Pat-dry your facial skin and all the time keep a separate towel for yourself. Put your towel for wash, never use a used towel again as it may increase the infection.
- Modify your eating habits and consume minimum 8-10 glasses of purified water everyday. Your skin will sparkle with glow if you make it a habit of eating fresh fruits and green vegetables which are ultimate sources of nutrients. Take in fresh green vegetables and large amount of fruits in your daily diet. This will also help to detoxify your body and flush out all the toxins.
- Workout and morning walk helps your skin breathe clean oxygen.
- If the problem gets out of control, you can consult a dermatologist who may recommend you to follow medicine course of some tablets, creams and lotions. Oral pills and remedial creams will assist you to be freed of the infection absolutely. You may also be recommended to intake oral vitamin and mineral supplements to improve the quality of your skin.
- You can even pursue an acne treatment course which involves professional facial massage along with cleansing and moisturizing your skin. The dead layer of skin is removed and the skin pores are unclogged helping your skin to breathe fresh oxygen.

These are a few successful techniques to obtain a clear, shining and bright skin which can be enjoyed for a lifetime.
