If you find a Tampa Realtor who provides Tampa neighborhood information on school systems, economies, transportation options and other vital questions, you'll have access to information that is important to helping you make your final home buying decision.

- Your Tampa Realtor should be a Tampa Bay area resident. Let's face it, someone who actually lives in the Tampa Bay area will know far more than someone who hasn't actually experienced what it is like to live here.

- Look for a good personal fit. Not every Tampa Realtor has a personality or business style you'll be comfortable with. Do you want someone who's very hands-on to hold your hand during the process and put together pros and cons for each house you look at?
