Todays generation wants to become Arnold in 3 months and for it they use short cut and takes steroid and supplements, an artificial protein substance which provides him good energy but dude its not good for your health. It will just help you to become what you want to be, for a little Time and after that it’s all gone. These substances will give a good body muscle, good physique, a good show off, which you can just do it for a temporary time, And if you leave your work out it will cause a great damage to your body and you will find all your muscle are way gone. So todays youth should understand and should keep safe from the persons or from the wrong advertisements which make people aware about the wrong ways to build muscles. If you want to take some proteins than take from natural things. In earlier period there was no artificial substance people just use to eat what they have in their home, just be inspired from those persons.
Akshay Kumar also used to take proteins, but all by eating the natural substance, he never has taken supplements. He says your diet plays a main role in your fitness. Eat healthy and do not eat junk food a lot, eat your mom’s recipe and a simple Daal Roti made in your home, it will make you stay live long. Outside eaters don’t live long because they didn’t get the enough proper diet, which their body demands. In this busy schedule of Akshay Kumar he didn’t get a lot of time to go to the gym than also he is fit because he use to take a perfect diet, which his body demands, he use to sleep at 9:00 pm and use to wake up at 4 and use to do yoga and some exercises. He uses to done with his dinner at 7:00 pm. As he says your stomach needs approx 4 hours to make digesting the food and if you eat your food late and sleep after eating it will will cause some bad issues into the stomach. As all the problems start from stomach only. These all good things make our Akshay healthy and if he don’t even go to the gym than also he will stay fit..
