Salons have now become very specific in nature. There was time when all one needed to do was visit the local beauty parlor for everything one needed- for hair cut and hair styling, facials and eyebrow plucking and waxing. However, as time elapsed, the needs of the customers had also started evolving. They wanted more and more individual attention on each and every aspect of their grooming. The requirements have also become very specific and they do have a checklist that they tick off while visiting a hair salon.

• Firstly, they check if there are adequate experts for the task they want. Clients have become very informed and all they need to do is to read an online review and these reviews matter. They know whether the salon has received positive feedback from other clients and even a single negative remark can turn them off.

It is good to have a high profile hairdresser, but the rates should be just according to the services provided, a premium point of concern for may clients.
