Dos And Don’ts Of Corporate Messaging
Corporate messaging involves a number of factors which must be considered carefully. For any reputation strategy to work, a business needs to understand that the message they create should be understandable by their target audience. For that their needs and wants and the behavioral pattern needs to be studied in detail.
Choose the Right Medium
After ...
... understanding their target audience, the correct medium for their message should be chosen. Different audiences consume media from different mediums. For example, customers between the age of 15 to 25 years are more likely to consume television or social media as compared to newspapers and magazines. Hence none of the reputation management strategies will work unless the correct medium is selected to communicate the message effectively.
Honest and Direct
Finally, the message that is created by the business should be honest and direct. The attention span of the audience is extremely low especially when it comes to advertisements and paid messages by brands and businesses. To keep the audience interested and willing to read the message created, the business must ensure it is concise, direct and honest.
