Successful year for National Residential Online Estate Agency UK - 2015

2015 was another successful year for National Residential, with our property auction service going from strength to strength! Our motto is 'Best Price, Quickest Sale', and this was demonstrated time and again with properties successfully sold through our 28 day online auctions.

In July, we helped to sell a 5 bedroom semi-detached property in Burnt Ash Hill for £47,000 above the 'offers over' price (the price we set with our vendors to give an indication of the minimum price that they would accept for their property). The sale on this property was agreed in 28 days, and completed in just 58 days, helping to ensure a great price and a quick sale for the vendor, and an easy purchase for the buyer.

In October, we sold a 3 bedroom semi-detached family home in London for a massive £60,000 above the 'offers over' price. The sale on this property was completed in a mere 41 days, leaving both the vendor and the buyer satisfied with our quick and easy house sale process.
