Property developer MCL Land posted the leading bid of $338.12 million or $630.13 psf for the new residential site located at Jurong West Street 41 (Parcel B), Singapore. The price bid is 21 percent higher than the price of nine bidders, this outcome showed the confidence of MCL Land's Lake Grande from its experience in launching condominium developments such as Lakeville and J Gateway in the past two years.

MCL Land inspired to win the Jurong West site in order to secure its market position in the area. The 696-unit Lakeville Condominium target more of bigger families while the upcoming Lake Grande planned to house 600 residential units with more of 1 and 2 bedrooms for smaller families.

With the forthcoming transformation of the Jurong Lake District and the coming Singapore-Malaysia high-speed rail system terminus in the area, the upcoming Lake Grande will be the next strongest commercial hub that provides convenience and easy access to all parts of Singapore.
