Fredrick John “Fred Perry” was a renowned championship-winning English tennis and table tennis player and former World No. 1 player with 10 majors including eight grand slams and two Pro slams single titles, as well as six Major double titles. An Austrian footballer Tibby Wegner who was famous for inventing an anti-perspirant device to be worn around the wrist approached Fred Perry in the late 1940s. Perry reformed it o transform it into the first sweatband. Shoes by Fred Perry are sectioned under names such as Northgate, Byron, Ealing, Howells, Kendrick, Kingston, Lawson, Newburgh, Southall, Spencer, Stockport, Umpire, Reissues and Exhibition. They are not just limited to sport purpose but serves all occasions merrily. Some are leather while others suede in colors from dark chocolate, black, tan, cloudburst, carbon blue, sand, mid grey, white, port to British olive, forest night, falcon grey, England red, porcelain, chestnut, sub blue, oaktan, burgundy and forest night.
