Improving Mathematical Skills In Students Through Creativity

The brain is complicated and any children should not be underestimated because of their age. They can exhibit immense creative skills, which, most of the times are unthinkable for us adults. This aspect of creativity in children can be harnessed to improve their cognitive ability at especially, mathematics. The relationship between creativity and mathematics is unique and they re-enforce each other. Most of the times, children are able to solve mathematical problems using their own methods. This subject makes kids innovative and fires their imaginations. In Indian schools, many ancient techniques of solving mathematical problems are taught by some teachers.
