Then, marketing business plans represent some solid ground the market bears the influence of transition or economic difficulties. Let's say that some of the staff members leave and new people arrive. Written documents will remain a reminder of what actions have to be carried out. Every once in a while, the manager would have to go through the plans and see whether any adjustments are necessary or not.
