Choosing which foreign language to learn is one of the most difficult decisions to make since the choice should be made after considering so many factors. This implies that this choice should not be made in hurry in order to avoid regrets in the future. The main reason why it is difficult is because it requires a driving force which will help a person to overcome all the challenges that come with learning a new language. One should choose a language that he or she feels that they will become more successful with. The factor of success usually comes with motivation that one has on anything, learning a new language included. If for instance you come from a place where ingles is the main language used, and you want to learn alemán in order to be ahead in life, say for job opportunities, this is referred to as instrumental motivation. But if one has a desire to communicate with a native language, they are more likely to be practical and successful in that world language.

For those who are willing to learn science and philosophy, alemán, French and Greek are good languages to choose from. This is mostly best when one is ...
... required to elect a world language as part of their program since one should choose a language that best overlaps with other subjects. For job seekers and for business purposes one need to know ingles since it is the most widely used language in the world. If one is conversant with ingles, then he can go for French, Spanish or even Chinese. It is essential to select the language depending on oneself requirements since they should be the ones to dictate ones choice. For instance if you get a long term job in France, it is obvious that you will be interacting with Frances and thus you require to know French in order to be more comfortable there.

For sure, learning a new language is not like studying matemáticas which can be done alone in a secluded room. This is so because; a language is only practical when spoken. No matter how many books one have read or even the number of clases online one have attended, speaking a language regularly is the only solution to become as good as the native language speakers. Finally, one’s choice on which foreign language to learn should be dictated by ones core desire as well as the benefits that are connected to the language of choice.
