It's summer time and there's an urge to change. If you require a new make over, you don't really have to thin your hair and expose your locks to chemicals. A new hair cut from a good beautician will suffice. It serves dual purpose as it not only changes the way you look but also eliminates some change of weather shedding and facilitates them to grow back. You get rid of your split ends too! It is often advised by beauticians to have a trimming once in every month.

If you have curly locks and need to style them. Here are some tips: when you have just had your shower, apply leave in conditioner, use a lot of it. You put in a lot and really massage it in. You then add some moose, keep it to an average quantity, not too less or too much of it. Your next step would be to scrunch in your hair and apply some hair spray for it to remain that way. Once, you are done and your mane is almost dry, you can take some wax or styling serum and scrunch it in your locks that will take the crunchy out of your hair.

For those who are looking for a change can think of coloured lens that go with your hair colour. If you've brown hair ...
... then different shades of brown and blue eyes would be good for you. Especially if you've dark brown hair then brown eyes look great. If you have blond hair green and blue are quite popular.

If you don't like the pace at which your hair is growing thin, you need to eat right. Let them grow naturally, just consume right vitamin and vegetables rich in anti-oxidants such as spinach and other green leafy vegetables. Apricot, peach and blue berries are quite useful. Take all that is good for their growth and they will soon grow back. Do not expose them to chemicals, however, a topical cream will do no harm to enrich your follicles.

Before considering any chemical treatment or surgery, think about what you want to accomplish. Do you need your mane to start looking thicker and fuller? Or do you want your hair to just start growing back naturally. If you want them to grow back naturally which is the best thing to do, make use of the above mentioned tips. Eat well and maintain well!
