If you need to lose weight, you don't have to skip your meals. Instead cut down on food high in calories and exercise regularly. Eat plenty of fruits and salads in place of chips, burgers, pizzas and other junk food. Cut down on cola drinks, if you want to cut down on your extra pounds of flesh.

You can eat unlimited amounts. Vegetables are most nutritious when eaten raw. Any amount of it will not lead to increase in cholesterol or fat.

Yoga and meditation will help you lose weight. You can remain stress-free, while jogging and similar others would also help reduce weight. It keeps your body and soul in good condition and you will live longer.
