NEED OF EXCERCISE DAILY:

We all believed and agreed that exercise is an essential part of everyone’s lifestyle . Most of us do the exercise to make sure we remain healthy
The first and perhaps most important and most popular advantage of exercise is losing weight.

WHAT IS THE NEED FOR THE EXERCISE:
1.Prevent diseases:
There is an ancient saying that” prevention is better than cure”. The more weight that you carried on your body, more are the chances that you catch diseases
Around 80% of all the heart diseases, diabetes and cancers are primarily linked to the fact that there is a lack of excercise .

2.Improving diseases:
Many diseases can be improved upon by regular exercises even including diseases like we listed above. If you follow a regular exercise plan there are a lot of chances that you can decrease your blood pressure and cholesterol levels,

3.State of mind:
Many scientific studies have that endorphins is the element in the body which is responsible to fight depression and make you feel happy .Not ...
... just endorphins also serotonin that is increased by regular exercises.

4. Persistence:
When we are exercising on a regular basis we are more persistent in our approach towards anything that we take up.
Exercising regularly can definitely prevent you going off the track.


FIVE GIFTS OF EXERCISE WHEN DONE ON REGULAR BASIS:
1.Helps Strengthen Your Heart
Exercises benefit the circulation of your blood through your heart and blood vessels, that is, your cardiovascular system. They make our heart work harder, pump more blood, and reduce the risk of developing heart disease delivering oxygen to all parts of your body. Blood travels more efficiently, bringing much-needed oxygen from our lungs and nutrients to the rest of the body. That’s why people generally feel more refreshed and energetic after exercising.
RECOMENDED EXCERCISES: swimming, basketball, rope skipping, jogging (or brisk walking), in-line skating, soccer, or biking.
2.Maintains Strong Bones and Muscles:
I am sure most of us have tried doing push-ups, weight lifting in some form, or repeatedly used your muscles to counter some kind of resistance. These resistance excercises can help prevent the bone-weakening disease, osteoporosis.
RECOMMENDED EXCERCISES: pull-ups, running, biking, and rowing.
3. Helps manage your weight:
This benefit is well-known to all who are weight conscious or trying to lose the extra pounds. Our body needs certain amount of calories every day just to function. If we eat more calories than our body needs, it may be stored as excess fat.
Exercising helps you achieve or maintain a healthy weight by utilizing and burning the extra calories losing body fat can make you look and feel better and can reduce your risk of obesity.

4. Induces Quality Sleep at Night:
Regular exercise could activate production of recovery hormones during sleep, increases our body’s metabolic rate and promotes fat-burning . So exercise helps in relaxing and sleeping better at night.
5. Puts You in a Better Mood:
Exercise combats depression by activating the neurotransmitters, which are basically chemicals used by our nerve cells to communicate with one another and often associated with avoiding depression .
Exercising also stimulates the production of endorphins, another type of neurotransmitters that produce feelings of well-being, provide for "natural" pain relief, and help you relax.

After knowing all these tips and benefits about there is no reason why anyone should not exercise so if you have been thinking quite a lot,
but did not take the time to exercise on a regular basis do it now.

FOR THE BEGINNERS:
Start doing exercise 2 times a week and slowly increasing to 3 and then 5 times or more a week. You can do 10 or 15 minutes of workout each time to make up a 30 minutes session a day.
