Most people have busy schedules with work and everyday errands which tend to result in them leaving their health to the last priority.  By just watching what you eat and setting a daily routine to exercise for even an hour a day, will keep you energized and improve your overall health.
For me, health and fitness have always been an integral part of my life and has been one of the major drivers for choosing this career path. I keep myself healthy with my balanced diet which includes vitamins and workout supplements in addition to my weekly training schedule.  In the summer I push myself a bit harder in order to stay lean and usually perform fasted cardio 4 times a week along with weight training at night 5 times a week.  Every time I set foot in the gym, I give my 110%, just as I do with my business career.

I enjoy 5 to 6 meals a day depending on my daily errands.  My meals, consists of 2 shakes and 4 solid meals. I usually have chicken for protein, Udos oil or avocado for fat and brown rice for my carbohydrates. I also add vegetables to all my meals and cytogreens in both of my shakes in order to keep my body ...
... alkaline with a stronger immune system.  I consistently keep my food regimen from Monday to Saturday the same; however, I usually spend time with my family on Sundays, so I alternate some of the foods I will eat that day.
It is not hard at all to keep yourself in shape. It is a matter of commitment and determination.  One thing that keeps me extremely motivated is the feeling I get every day after my workout session. I feel even more energetic and stimulated to work harder on achieving my business goals and tasks of the day.

My recommendation to everyone; take a look at where you are and where you want to be.  Don’t worry about the how, just set your mind in the right direction and stay committed to the course! By doing this, you will be amazed at your progress!
