1. Strive for excellence. Before you start writing, commit yourself in offering your blog visitors with nothing but the best. It?s important that you?re willing to go to great lengths to make sure that these people will be impressed with your content.

2. Be different. Keep in mind that being somebody else?s copycat will not help you excel in any type of endeavor. So, instead of copying the topics and the blog posts of your competitors, strive to be different. Set your content apart from the rest by offering fresh information and by using unique writing style all the time.

3. Know your audience. It?s extremely important that you have a solid idea about the needs and demands of your visitors so you can easily address them. Get to know their problems, the things that they consider important in their lives, their goals and aspirations, and their burning questions. 8. Build personal connection with your readers. You want these people to trust you, right? Then, you need to make them feel that somehow, you?re alike or that somehow, you do understand where they are coming from. Break the barriers that separate you by making your readers feel that you?re just one of them and that you?re genuinely interested in helping them out.

9. Don?t do hard selling. People simply hate it when they?re being pushed to buy something. So, don?t do hard selling. You can mention the products you offer and you can create a need for them but please make sure that you do it subtly.

10. Commit yourself to writing at least 3 blog posts everyday. Make sure that you make time for your writing task and that you will not allow a day to pass without posting something new in your blog.

11. Keep yourself motivated. There maybe times when you don?t feel like writing at all or when you feel that it?s more fun to just lie down on your couch and watch your TV. During these times, it would help if you know how to motivate yourself. What you can do is to remind yourself of the reasons why you need to multiply your blog posts. Think of the things that you can enjoy if you?re able to deliver more information to your readers. For some, this may mean more exposure in the online arena and for others, this may mean more chances of making a sale. It would also help if you reward yourself after a week of hard work. This should get you going.

12. Writing hours. The best thing to make sure that you?ll be able to do more is to extend your writing hours. Find ways on how you can spend additional 1-2 hours in front of your computer everyday. This will become easier with proper time management and by knowing your priorities.
