Building and growing an ebusiness is hard work. It requires enormous time, energy, patience, specific set of skills and determination among others. With all the things that you need to do, I will not be surprised if you struggle to find time in writing your articles. After all, producing great articles can be time-consuming. And outsourcing is the best ways to get articles and even web content done but only if you do the entire process right.

Outsourcing will help you boost your sales and revenue. Assuming you get the amount and the quality of articles you need, this will lead to better page ranking, more exposure in the online arena, link popularity, a strong online presence and an expert status, and more qualified traffic to your website. As you know, these elements will help you boost your sales and revenue.

Here are some tips to get the most out of this endeavor:

1. Be descriptive. Instead of telling service providers that you need 100 articles on auto insurance, offer them with all the details that they need in order to help them come up with the exact articles that you?re looking for. For example, ...
... you can tell them your preferred format. Do you want them to break up your articles into several short paragraphs? Do you want them to use subheadings? Do you want them to include keywords on each of the paragraphs? Do you want them to keep your articles short?

2. Be careful when hiring ?cheap ghostwriters.? I don?t have anything against in finding ways on how you can save money but working with ghostwriters who charge $1-$2/article might not sound like a good idea. You see, great writers know their worth. If they?re confident that they can offer you with high quality articles, there is no way on earth that they?ll charge less than $5 per article.

3. Check the articles. Do not be too confident with your ghostwriters. One of my clients committed this deadly mistake. He was working with a ghostwriter for several months and he used the articles without even reading them. Turns out that the ghostwriter also outsourced the articles and the quality was really bad. You don?t want this to happen to you, right?

Here are the things that you need to do when outsourcing your articles using freelancing sites.

1. First, choose freelancing site where you would post your project to. Today, there are about hundreds of freelancing sites in the online arena. Research and identify the top 10 sites based on their reliability and popularity. Read their terms of service. Go with those ones that charge less and those who has several service providers.

2. Post a project. In order to attract more bids, I recommend that you make your project as descriptive as possible. Indicate how many articles you need and the required word count. Also, indicate the topics, the required keyword density, and how much you?re willing to pay for each article.

3. Review the bids. I suggest that you check the project that you?ve posted after 24 hours. By this time, you?ll surely get several bids from ghostwriters who are coming from all points of the globe. Review each bid and consider the feedback of each freelancers. Of course, you would want to go with those people who have proven track record and who were highly recommended by their previous customers.

4. Shortlist at least 1-2 ghostwriters and make time to interview them. Verify skills and ask about their turn around time. It?s also great if you can ask about their policy about revision requests.

5. Communicate with the winning bidders. Choose the best bidder based on their qualifications and writing skill level. Send them the keywords that you would like to target. Encourage them to email you should they have questions.
