The roads are wider and so traffic congestion is less except the peak hours in the morning and the evening.

Like Lower Parel, the rates are higher but similarly the returns too are high. So, if money is not a constraint, both these areas are good from investment or even end use point of view. Well, if you are convinced, one could begin searching for the properties. For the start, one could begin with online search as it will give you an idea of the prices going on. Another way to do search is by contacting a real estate agent who knows well about the area and can show you investment properties in Powai and Lower Parel in your budget.

While visiting, it is important that you look around the area. What kind of people are living in, how is the connectivity by road and rail, the builders present in the area etc. If it is a resale property, look closely that all the previous dues are clear and there is no legal issues involved, the condition of the property is well according to the quoted price etc. When you are fully satisfied, go ahead with the deal and get the dream property of your choice.
