Once you complete making your online order, you will receive an automatic confirmation status showing complete; which means that your transaction has been completed successfully. On our Home Page of our website www.rooms4kids.co.uk, you will be in a position to find out when to expect a delivery of the kid’s bedroom furniture that you have ordered. We will send you an email advising you on the logistics so that you can make arrangements for receipt of ordered goods or book in by telephone with you approximately 48 hours prior to delivery. In the event that you have not received a delivery confirmation from us, which is rare, then you can send an email with your full name and address to our sales team. We will answer your enquiry with 12 hours or earlier.
