Get Home Wood Fired Pizzeria Oven To Have The Authentic Pizza Taste

Quality ingredients and correct methods of preparation are the keys to a delicious pizza. For a delicious pizza, it is not necessary that one has to go only to a pizza corner or restaurant. One can prepare sumptuous pizza even at home. Only he needs to have good quality ingredients and a pizza oven.
Having a pizza oven at home lets one to prepare pizza anytime and every time but Wood Fired Pizzeria Oven gives the authentic pizza taste. Wood fired pizza oven is also commonly known as Forno, in Italian.
There are two types of pizza ovens: white ovens and black ovens. The difference between these two ovens is that the one uses wood while the other type uses a bi-product fuel and gas.
Wood ovens bring in the difference because of the extremely high but even heat, which cooks the pizza in as little as 90 seconds. This quick cooking time allows the dough to cook through but retain some moisture, so the base is chewy and tender instead of hard. The other benefit is that cooking a pizza directly on a hot brick hearth allows some of the moisture under the pizza to be absorbed, so the base does not ...
... become sticky.
While preparing pizza in Wood Pizza Oven, proper care should be taken to fire the oven properly by building a fire inside the dome of the oven. For best results, use smallish pieces of wood. The objective is to heat the dome as quickly as possible so that a big fire can be built. At first it will be black with soot, but this will start to turn white and then burn off completely. At this point, the inside of the oven is at pizza cooking temperatures. You may need to keep a roaring fire going for a while longer to really get the heat spread throughout the oven.
Once the oven is hot enough, a lot of the smaller coals from the oven can be removed. Retain a good pile of coals, and push it to the side of the oven. Put one or two small pieces of wood on this pile, and keep feeding it as needed to maintain an active flame. This will keep the dome charged with heat, and make sure your pizzas cook properly.
With a wood fired pizza oven, one can prepare as many as fifty pizzas a day as they are designed in such a way that it can handle extreme temperatures as well as continuous use. This type of oven is perfect if one own a small business of catering or a start up food corner.
Another reason why anyone would want a wood fired pizza oven is because they look great. It is a great asset to the kitchen if there is a pizza lover in the family.
