News has came regarding Modern Warfare 2 patch. It is believed that a patch has been released for Ps3 version of the game. Those who owns the game can have this Modern Warfare 2 patch applied to their version of the game. Some problems were reported with PS3 version of the game and Infinity Ward has released the first Modern Warfare 2 patch to fix those problems. Only PS3 version of the game has been patched up. No patch has yet been released for Xbox 360 and Pc versions of the game yet.

Modern Warfare 2 patch released for PS3 version applies a fix for in-game trophies. A full patch to be available this Friday will include a fix for party invites as well. The patch will get applied automatically when you restart your game next time. It is necessary for all PS3 owners of the game to apply this Modern Warfare 2 patch to get rid of those issues.
