Easy Exercises Helps You To Exercise Regularly
My sister-in-law impressed me.
She went from a pretty sedentary lifestyle to an active runner in under three months. She teaches culinary arts at a local school and loves to cook. While I would never say she was obese, she did not have a physique or conditioning to do anything active.
She met a friend who was an active runner and that changed her entire perspective. Instead of laying around after work, she learned to find ways to improve her physical fitness and become more active. Here is how she did it.
First she associated herself with people with the lifestyle she wanted to have. Her new friend encouraged her to do something different. It became something they could do together that did not cost any money and got them out of the house. Her friend introduced my sister-in-law to others who shared the same ideals of exercising regularly.
Second she came up with an easy to follow progressive exercise plan. She started by walking and combining short runs to improve her endurance. This also helped her body to get used to the new ...
... activity and strengthen it. This went on for a few weeks until her friend challenged her to run.
Finally, she was able to run for an entire goal. Her first goal was a half mile. Slowly and methodically she increased her goal. This constant challenged and slow progression helped her reach her goal of running a half marathon in months.
Literally, she went from sitting on the couch every night to running a half marathon in a few short months. She would tell you that she did not jump in and start running. She took it slow. She too easy regular steps to achieve her fitness goals.
The benefits?
She dropped twenty five pounds
She dropped three to four dress sizes
She looks fantastic
She feels great
I challenge you to do the same. She has encouraged me to improve my fitness and now I exercise regularly. It has had the same effect on me. I have lost 28 pounds and feel great!
