It is very important to understand your customers psyche. Why are they coming on your website, work more on that part to ensure that they do not go back empty handed? In return, the customer will shower their love in the form of recurring business and even new referrals. Remember, your website is your image, so work on it seriously so that it shines the way you would like to.
