Success Or Failure - Whom To Credit?
Success in life is credited to alma mater. Who shall we credit for failures? That means people seek training to succeed and avoid failure. They seek training that can give them the joy of gaining success. Every success leaves a trail of failures. With every failure there is rate of success. When we eliminate failures in entirety we attain success.
The trail of failures provides us with invaluable lessons. These lessons provide inspiration throughout our life. They prove a resource for facing challenging situation. They instill much needed confidence to overcome hurdles. They enhance our skills in resolving situations. Language has coined a phrase on failures, Failure as a stepping stone of success.
If failures are an opportunity to gain skills, learning and relearning during training by experiencing real life situations is an apt proposition for undergoing a course of training. Such an approach would help early confidence in a learner. The learner is ready to do business with his skills and be at a better position on the negotiation table whether to seek a job or initiate a new endeavor.

Such an approach though time-consuming and requiring special effort, during the process of learning pays off in the long term for the learner.
The learner undergoing training gets to experience scenario of possible failure during the training itself in the process of getting exposed to real-time situations. As she repeats her attempts to succeed by encountering failures, she imbibes her invaluable lessons on turning them into skills. She develops a life-time resource, is capable of facing challenging real life situations, raises her level of confidence and builds her stepping stones to success. She is in a position of an advantage at the negotiating table to seek a job or develop her own business.
