Natural way to add fibre is to eat vegetables raw, fruits can also add to the same. Salad consisting of vegetables, grams and sprouts is a good idea for snacks and to boost your digestive system. You can also add flax seeds to your morning cereal.

Others include food high in Chlorophyll, such as Parsley or Alfalfa..Chlorophyll is found in green leafy vegetables. Eat organic foods whenever possible it may help with good digestion. It is also helpful to chew your food carefully and slowly to better your digestion. It is said that tiny seeds of the plantain, contain a fibre called mucilage which is very helpful for digestive system.

Prune juice is top of the list as a laxative, but apple-pear, asparagus and potato are also good.

Exercise must be added to your daily regimen in order to promote good bowel movement.
